A high performance wet/dry formula flashing cement manufactured for the professional roofing contractor. Blended from select asphalts, petroleum solvents and special fibers to a smooth, buttery consistency for ease of application. For use in flashing construction and other detail roofing work such as tie-offs or shingle securement.

  • 100% ASBESTOS FREE
  • Trowel application
  • 1 gallon per 12.5 square feet when applied at 1/8" thickness
  • Bonds to clean surfaces except coal tar based materials
  • Contains no fillers
  • Dries to a durable but pliable seal
  • Acid and alkali resistant
  • Provides excellent waterproofing properties for temporary repairs or more permanent repairs when used with glass reinforcements
  • Available in winter or summer grades
