Q5 Flashing Cement

TAM-PRO® Q-5 Heavy-Bodied Flashing Cement

A heavy-bodied all-weather trowel-grade mastic that contains select asphalts, petroleum solvents, tough reinforcing fibers and special additives that enhance spreadability. Dries to form a durable but pliable seal that allows for minor expansion and contraction. Ideal for flashing construction and other detail roofing work such as tie-offs or shingle securement.

  • Trowel application
  • 1 gallon per 12.5 square feet when applied at 1/8" thickness
  • Excellent waterproofing properties for temporary repairs or more permanent repairs when used with glass reinforcement
  • Acid and alkali resistant
  • Bonds to clean surfaces except coal tar-based materials
  • Available in winter and summer grades
