A thick, high-quality coating that seals fine cracks and openings, providing excellent protection for low-sloped roofs. Renews and rejuvenates old composition roofing and prolongs roof life. Also performs well on metal or concrete surfaces.

  • Brush or Spray application
  • Per 100 square feet:
    • Composition Roofing: 2 to 3 gallons
    • Metal Surface: 1 to 1-1/2 gallons
    • Concrete/Masonry: 3 to 4 gallons
