BUR / Ply / Base Sheets
TAMKO offers a variety of fiberglass, organic, and SBS-modified base sheets—all designed for flexibility, superior puncture resistance, and high performance under demanding weather conditions.

SBS Modified Base Sheets
These TAMKO base sheets contain the advantages of SBS-modified asphalt. SBS-modified asphalt has a number of high-performance characteristics and allows for easy application.

|
Organic Base Sheets
This sheet can be mechanically fastened or hot-asphalt applied and is designed for use as a base sheet for use over nailable decks. It can also be used for insulation prior to the SBS-modified cap sheet of BUR systems.

Fiberglass Base Sheets
All of TAMKO’s high-performance fiberglass base sheets are based on a TAMKO fiberglass mat and coated with weathering-grade asphalt. These base sheets can all be hot-asphalt applied. Glass Base and Vapor-Chan can also be mechanically fastened.
