803 Wet-or-Dry Surface Plastic Roof Cement
An all-weather roofing mastic containing special modifiers to enhance bonding to damp surfaces.
This mixture of select asphalts, petroleum solvents, tough reinforcing fibers and wetting agents dries to form a durable, but pliable, seal that allows for minor expansion and contraction. Available in winter and summer grades. 100% ASBESTOS FREE.

Ideal for flashing construction and other detail roofing work such as tie-offs or shingle securement. Provides excellent waterproofing properties for temporary repairs, or more permanent repairs when used with glass reinforcement.
