The Communications Department works daily with members of the local and national media on stories that highlight the nation's building materials industry.

The letters stand for Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma – the company’s original trade area when founded in 1944. Updated TAMKO.com Easier To Use, More Visually Appealing

JOPLIN, Mo. – March 22, 2011 – Customer service is at the heart of the upgrade to TAMKO's Internet site www.TAMKO.com. The new site is now live and provides TAMKO residential and commercial customers with an easier, more visually appealing way to learn about TAMKO products online.

"Our goal is to create a dynamic experience for our customers online, where we pair easy to find information on our products with beautiful photographs of our products in their intended applications," said Stephen McNally, TAMKO Vice President of Sales and Marketing. "It's a much 'friendlier' site than it was before and I believe people will find the site easier to use with impressive photography of our product lines."

The updated site has been reorganized to make TAMKO's individual products and product families easier to find. The layout features a warm, strongly visual layout featuring many beautiful photographs of TAMKO products in use.

This site includes the company's EverGrain Composite Decking site www.EverGrain.com, previously a separate site not accessible through the main TAMKO.com site.

TAMKO.com will provide visitors with information about TAMKO, the history of the company and its products and will have dedicated areas for contractors, homeowners, architects and journalists.
