JOPLIN, Mo. – December 5, 2011 – TAMKO Building Products, Inc. is pleased to introduce Heritage® Woodgate™ laminated asphalt shingles – the latest addition to the popular Heritage Series. Designed with a wider cut that conveys a rugged yet refined wood-shake look, Heritage Woodgate shingles offer an outstanding roofing option.
Additionally, they’re made with a unique color blend that complements the expansive look and allows for more dramatic color distribution across the shingle. Heritage Woodgate shingles also feature an enhanced shadow line to further intensify the rustic shake-like beauty.

All Heritage Shingles feature double layers of durable fiberglass mat for strength. Each layer is coated on both sides with weathering-grade asphalt and topped with ceramic minerals for excellent roofing protection. A self-sealing strip of asphalt helps provide added wind resistance. Heritage Woodgate shingles meet ASTM D 3462 at the time of manufacture, are Miami-Dade County approved and come with a 30-year Limited Warranty, including a 15-year Full Start Period, and a 15-year Limited Warranty against damage from winds up to 110 mph. They also come with a 10-year Algae-Relief—Algae Cleaning Limited Warranty.
