TAMKO proudly sponsors Webb City Little League All Star Baseball Team in their quest to compete in the Little League World Series

As the 12-year old Webb City Little League All Star Baseball team heads to Indianapolis, Indiana to compete in a Regional Tournament this weekend, TAMKO Building Products, Inc. is proud to help sponsor them with a $2,500 donation.

2017 WCLL All Star Baseball Team

In early July, the team won the 12-year old Missouri District Little League competition in Joplin. Then two weeks ago, the team won the 12-year old Missouri State Little League competition in St. Louis outscoring their opponents 11-1 in that tournament. Now, the team will compete in the 12-year old Regional Little League competition this weekend, which will be broadcast live online through ESPN 360 with the semi-final and championship games broadcast live on ESPN Television Network. If they win this six team tourney, the Webb City Little League All Stars will be on their way to compete in the 12-year old Little League World Series competition in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. This event is also broadcast live on ESPN annually.

Coach of the team Tad Johnson, said, “Our team really appreciates the local support we have received, especially from TAMKO. The donation TAMKO has made will help our team’s families and players travel to Regionals so we can not only represent Webb City, but the state of Missouri. We truly appreciate all that TAMKO has done for us.”
